Fat people are really unhappy because they don't do this.

Road running is overrated, the treadmill is where it's at.

You're either stronger than what's keeping you down or you're not.

The good thing about failure and defeat is that if it doesn't break you, it will make you stronger than you ever knew you were before.

Sometimes I prefer pain to happiness because happiness makes you weak, but pain gives you strength.

Ive dealt with frequent depression over the past year. And while Ive gotten better, I still have an episode every now and again.

I havent found a way to cope with it, I just let it pass.

These are temporary solutions to difficult situations. And drugs like anti-D's will eventually lead to folks shooting up schools, malls, parks, and any places where large groups of people gather.

Usually the only way is going through the emotional pain until one decides its over.

          A little Cogniac doesn't hurt.

In the end it's all about survival. Some people can't make it, and I've seen freinds' lives fall apart. I can't go out like that.

If you don't believe in yourself, you affect everyone who cares about you, and it's often more than we know, because we can't read people's minds and all the things they want to say but never will.

My philosophy is, why waste time feeling sorry for yourself or others when you still have a fighting chance.
