I wonder why uncle Rob never got TOTY and he trained the best male n female boxers

At one point in his career uncle roger trained laila Ali who improved tremendously under him and a prime Floyd mayweather at the same time. Had others in his stable as well.


Perception is reality maybe people felt anyone could've trained them and they'd be successful.


Uncle roger has had a highly successful training career not many accolades though
