  • Weight draining.

    Anyone tried it?

What does it involve and how long does it take?

How much can you expect to lose?

What effects are there on you physically and your performance?

How long does it take to recover?

Thanks in advance if anyone knows the answers to these questions.

What do you mean weight draining? I never heard that term before.

Do you mean dehydrating yourself and losing water weight then drinkning to gain it back after weghing in?

That is for pro's, who have 24 hours to replenish their body. Depriving your body of water is one of the most detrimental things you can do to it.

            Cheers.

I know some boxers have done it who are pros.

Morales looked bad at one weigh in.

            Cotto struggled too.
