  • Anyone have any experience with Everlast Headgear? What headgear do you use?

I was looking at the C3 Pro Sparring Headgear. For $100 I wonder would it be worth it. I want to just buy a Winning headgear but I dont want to spend that much right now. Can anyone recommend a good protective headgear thats light?

A light headgear? I personally use http://www.ringside.com/ringside/rin...eks-13958.html here.

I like the ringside because it's extremely lightweight, but contours to your head pretty quickly after breaking it in. I can't say much for the padding, however, since it isn't extremely padded.

I bought Rival RHG60F-Workout Full face headgear and started using at a little over a week ago. It gives good protection but It's hard to see out the side when I use a philly shell defense and roll my shoulder. As for lightness it doesn't seem heavy but I'm big so it wouldn't effect me much if it was. If you want something really light I would go with competition headgear like someone else mentioned but it won't protect you as much.

Yes those headgears are really good! I have one from Everlast too, with the cage add on because of my eye injury. And they fit perfectly and not too bulky yet very protective.

The weight of that headgear is pretty much the same as any usual headgear.
