Fighters sign contracts before they fight. The weigh limit is in the contract. If a fighter signs a contract for a fight at a weight they can't comfortably make then they are being stupid. They should not use the weight as an excuse for a loss when they knew what the weight would be. There are top pro boxers that think Pacquiao can beat Mayweather. Why does Calderon's opinion mean any more than the opinion of anyone else? Does he have a track record of picking the correct winner of important fights?

Calderon says Pac weight drain fighters

We didn't need the iron boy to say that. We already know this. Manny Pacquiao was "excited" about facing Miguel Cotto for a 2nd time. He was excited about having 154 pound Cotto drain down to 147.

As far as I'm concerned, Manny Pacquiao is still P4P #1. He's the Pound For Pound King of weight draining fighters. He fought Juan Manuel Marquez who was fighting at 135. He fought Bradley who was fighting at 140. He's about to fight Marquez again and Marquez now fights at 140. Bob Arum is talking about putting Manny in there with Brandon Rios who ust had his 1st fight at 140. It's either weight drained or smaller fighters. A 4th fight with Juan Manuel Marquez is a joke. They act like there's no other fighters out there to take on. They just don't want to do it. Most of the fighters are partaking in random testing so that's something to consider.

pacquiao does drain fighters. fairly obvious. but mayweather wont beat him, main reason being he is terrified of fighting him.

When are we going to see the headline "Floyd breaks silence" "On a mission to make the Pacquio fight"? Until that day Floyd remains boxing's biggest vagina
