I dont consider GGG p4p yet til he wins a major fight vs serg, quillen, murray

But he is def not a hypejob,,, a hypejob like jeff lacy would never be able to systematically destroy good fighters like macklin, rosado, proska, stevens,,, They arent world beaters but legit ranked guys and GGG went right thru them

Hopkins is two weight classes above GGG.

"Hopkins is a hypejob, he would be killed by Wlad!1"

(Neither of the would kill GGG though. I'd pick Ward to win a decision, but that's about it.)

If GGG is such a hypejob why do you need a 168 pounder and a 175 pounder to beat him? There is no such thing as a hypejob, it's just a stupid meaningless expression. People see GGG fight and they rank him high on the pound for pound list. They have eyes and a brain and they like what they see when they watch GGG knock fighters out. No media hype machine is telling fans to like GGG. Then you come along and tell everybody not to believe their own eyes and that GGG is really no good. Who the fuk are are you to tell us GGG is just a hypejob? What makes you the expert? GGG makes his own hype by having one of the best amateur records in boxing and hardly ever losing a round and knocking everybody out as a pro. Nobody has ever hurt or knocked down GGG or come even close to beating him. Until that happens if it ever does, GGG is no hypejob, he is the best middleweight in the world.

I could see if GGG was struggling against these guys he's facing but he's breaking them down with great body work, jabs, power shots and cutting the ring off masterfully. Plus he has a decorated Amateur career. He'stalented without a doubt .

Yeah he is talented but he needs to prove himself against a top contender like Sturm or if he cant let him fight Froch. Froch will beat this Russian smiling prick. **** him and **** his slogan

He destroyed Macklin in 3, who gave Sturm all he could handle and then some...

Golovkin's resume is pretty thin, mainly because everybody at MW is ducking him. No need to exaggerate though.

Yes there is,, the term gets thrown around alot and it gets watered down, but thru the years their have been hype jobs like Jeff Lacy, Micheal Grant, etc.....
Most of the time, any fighter that has a fanbase but hasnt landed a big fight yet is considered a hypejob on NSB by the fanboys and idiots

Why would any of the fringe contenders want to fight GGG when they can just keep fighting each other in Europe and passing those crap titles back and forth. Unless they are getting paid big $$$ they're not fighting him...exactly the case with Gaele, GGG offered him the Monaco fight and they turned it down because they want HBO money if they're gonna risk looking terrible.
