The guy who had a tough fight with Arreola is going to beat Vitali!

      ......... Or not.
That's like saying "The guy that was knocked out by Ross Purrity is going to run the heavyweight division. .... Or not"

In boxing, everything changes in one fight. Or better yet, one punch.

Wladimir Klitschko was winning the fight easily but ran out of gas. In round 10 the exhausted Klitschko was knocked down, and in round 11 Puritty kept pounding Klitschko, which caused his trainer Fritz Sdunek to jump into the ring and stop the fight.

Sick weight drained Adamek still won the late rounds, knocked Dawson down and had him badly hurt and almost KO'd.

Adamek has clearly improved significantly since the Dawson and Briggs fights when he was weight drained at 175.

Adamek destroys Dawson at CW or HW.

Oh, you can read the BoxRec encyclopedia and pass it off as your own thoughts, cool.

Would replacing Ross Purrity with Corrie Sanders make you feel better?

Adamek might lose tomorrow because Klitschko is the better Heavyweight. Dawson beat him because he's a better fighter period. What did he lose? The knockdown plus a few seconds in that one? The skill level difference between Dawson and Vitali is wide.

It would be nice though if Dawson fought with some of the passion Vitali has. It's been notably missing since the first Johnson fight.

Maybe that fight has something to do with it?
