People saying this don't know much about the comic book version of Bats.

Number 1 he has emp devices as part of his normal arsenal. An Emp device (or bomb) shuts down all of Tony's tech. No blasting, no flying, no nothing.

Number 2 His company Wayne Enterprises is involved in the discovery and development of advanced Alien technologies. He doesn't use it in his normal arsenal but he has it as his disposal.
