The fight has not happen so far for one reason and one reason alone, because Floyd Mayweather has never wanted this fight.

He was weary of Pacquiao's power, speed, skills, chin, work rate as well as his southpaw stance.

Floyd has used numerous excuses to get out of this fight, from 11th hour unprecedented blood tests to wanting 100% of the PPV money.

Floyd has been scared of losing to Pacquiao, scared for his health and scared of losing his unbeaten record.

Floyd Mayweather ducked a prime Pacquiao but still now his weary of the 8 weight world champion and will look to avoid this fight.

This fight will never happen because Floyd knows it a risky fight he is likely to lose and he can make millions fighting much easier fights.

True, most people think ( actually diplomacy isnt needed constantly) KNOW FLoyd is the reason for the fight not happening as of yet.
Even Floyd doesnt believe people think its Pacs fault id put money on that fact, but Floyd seems to think when he does eventually fight Pac, all will be forgiven. People will forgive him that he ducked Pac all this time, even if Pac has gone downhill with his exciting style.

Floyd offered manny a 50/50 split and asked both fighters take osdt. Manny turned that down because he didn't want to take OSDT. The reason he gave was fear of needles and drawing blood weakens him. Yet he wasn't afraid of needles when he got tatoos.

How can you as a fan believe this?

Just one problem with that, it didn't happen.

I think Floyd's ducking of Pacquiao has to be the biggest duck in the entire history of the sport.

yes d4th, manny wouldn't accept osdt testing. you can't change the truth. besides, why would you want to? if floyd is what you say he is then the truth will bear it out.

Floyd requested for both fighters to take osdt. Manny wouldn't and his intial reason for doing so was a fear of needles or worries about being weakened by a blood test. Those are not valid excuses. Because he nor his fans can come of with a valid excuse, they question the validity of the request.

There are really only 2 ways of assesing everything:

1. floyd shouldn't of requested both fighters take osdt, its caused all the delays all the BS.
2. manny shouldn't of refused taking osdt, it caused all the delays and subsequent BS.

for #1 to be true, you have to believe floyd knew that manny would refuse to fight over osdt and thats why he made the request. How would floyd know this?

I think Mayweather will win by close decision but Pac may win by knockout like most movies alway end with the good guy always winning.
