      How would that put him and his opponent on an even playing field if Floyd is the only one testing year round? Donaire's way of doing only ensures that he is clean but not his opponent. The way Floyd is doing is the only way that makes sense and has both fighters tested equally.

          I think you make a point but Pacquiao isn't that smart to connect the dots or will figure people to be that smart to figure it out.

          He is a politician, and he knows a lot of his fans are speculating on whether Marquez cheated by using Performance Enhancers. So the best way to throw salt on his recent loss is to play that card by asking for drug testing on his opponent before his next appearance in the ring.
