How often should you use this? I was using the liquid Creatine about 6 monthes ago. should I cycle it with 6 weeks every certain amount of monthes?

I wouldn't use the liquid creatine. It's **** imo.....But i usually go 6-8 weeks on then off for about 4-6 weeks on creatine
