Take away the Klitschko brothers (who are Russian by birth, not European) and the Americans are better overall.

Haye nor Povetkin (also Russian not Euro) have ever beaten a decent Heavyweight who was in his prime.

Adamek is solid, but nothing special. Arreola would probably beat him if they fought again with Chris in shape.
