Crime rates in black majority American cities are higher than any city in Canada including Surrey.

No Canadian city has black majority. There is a black neighborhood in Toronto (Jane-Finch) with a very high crime rate.

Good read but I was looking for comparative statistics per capita. I remember my friend who now resides in Canada saying he doesn't want any Jane-Finch girls because they remind him of some Jamaican girls. I almost laughed at the amount of murders that has occurred because sometimes it only takes a day for that amount of murder to occur in Jamaica but I guess that's a bad thing on our end.
