So, from my understanding:
- Female cop hears yelling/screaming in the guy's house and stops to question the man.
- Man is hostile and won't cooperate.
- Other cops arrive and try to calmly talk to the man but he's still being hostile.
- Cops tell the man to make his dog go away but the man hides behind his dog.
- Man's neighbor tells him to just let the cops do their job but the man is still cursing and angry.
- Man admits that he is involved in a domestic dispute/violence; he said he "slapped the b.itch upside her head."
- Man continues to not cooperate and finally gets tasered.
If the guy would just cooperate, he wouldn't have gotten electrocuted. Then again, he was physically abusing his woman and was probably pissed off because he got interrupted in the middle of a quarrel.Comment

Why the **** did they have to taze that old man. He probably has heart problems. How was any of that necessary. If he didn't want to leave his property they should have came back with a warrant. He didn't commit a crime and the woman in question said she wasnt signing anything or pressing charges.
When in the actual **** have the police actually helped anybody?Comment
