need help with my ipod touch

so basically I have a program called format factory
I need to know the best format to watch a fight on my ipod. i have judah-clottey 720p from TC, but I'm not sure if it will still be in the HD format
could anyone give me some help

I use videora as well. You can choose if you want to keep the full quality or reduce the size if it's just for your iPod. I always convert them in the highest quality possible so I can plug my iPhone or iPod to the TV and watch.

And I ALWAYS choose the highest quality I can when I convert my movies for my iPod.
