probably a richochet. i don't think someone would survive getting shot in the head with a 7.62. either a richochet, worn ammo, or from a very long distance.

It looks like the forehead wound is the exit wound and in the video, he has another wound under the jaw/chin so there's a possibility he may have shot himself under the chin.

seems like aimed below the chin near the throat shot upwards on the sideway around 60 degrees ... result exit wound in the forehead... no brain major brain damage i think.

it appears he tried to kill himself or something to that effect due to the first wound under his chin and the looks of the explosion from the exit wound in his forehead. Dont think he was shot you dont find people shooting at you with the gun under your chin very often.
