      i think the winner of khan bradley will move up to 147 lbs straight after so that could open up options for maidana to fight for a vacant strap

              Could it be because Maidana was the WBA interim champ? I read somewhere that these ABC's don't like to rank the 'title' holders of the other organizations. I really don't even know how these ABC's come up with their rankings. No Maidana here and Kotelnik at #14?
