Just look at the NBA draft.. When guys were going to school for a few years, you could easily see their potential.. Now with one n dones it's really just guess work.. Anthony Bennett was a #1 pick ffs.

The NBA & NFL needs to start their own farm system like baseball. That'll force colleges to pay these kids if they want them to go to their schools.

Might be the worst number 1 pick ever

lol @ "focus on classes". No top recruit attends classes.

And they develop better because they get more playing time and they have more responsibilities on the team. Coming into the NBA can subject players to permanent role playing duties and they might not ever develop the confidence to be leading players. In College even a 30th ranked recruit out of high school can become a leader on his team in college. Whereas a #1 draft pick can only hope to be a top 4 player on his NBA team in his rookie season.

IMO the NBA should put a limit on drafting according to the players HS/college experience.

          example:
          1 highschool player
          5 freshman
          10 sop****re
          25 junior
          No limit for seniors

Smh....so are you saying that Karl Anthony Towns was only a top 4 player for the T Wolves???? Do you think KAT could've been successful going to the league straight out of high school?

No Towns would not have been ready for NBA at 18. And he's an exception. Just go look up all the #1 picks of the past 20 years. They were struggling to get off the bench in their rookie seasons.

And I said they should limit 5 freshman in the draft. Towns would qualify coming out his first year.
