Fights that never happened that you really wanted to see?

I'm not sure why none of these ever happened when they were supposed to. There was always something blocking them from happening.

The 3 biggest fights in recent times by far that never happened were Floyd-Pac, Bowe-Lewis, and the one no one has mentioned yet is RJ-Hopkins 2 right after the Hopkins-Tito fight. No one ever talks about that but that fight wouldve been so huge.

That RJ is one of the greatest fighters ever. Up until that point the only 2 guys to ever give Roy trouble was Griffin in the 1st fight (we all know what happened in the rematch), and Hopkins. People dont realize how tought Hopkins was for Roy. At the time of the Tito fight, Hopkins was a machine. I wouldve given anything to see that fight.

Not only that but if you fast forward to the future, you would see that Hopkins killed Tarver at 175. I say that because some were worried that Roy had outgrew Hopkins. Roy was at 175, Hopkins was at 160, and they would have to meet at 168 but some thought Roy was too big now.

Again though, fast foward you see that Hopkins looked very strong at 175 so that easily tells you he wouldve had no trouble at that point looking strong at 168. That wouldve been an excellent fight. Excellent
