          MA class-
          Short workout
          rhythm of threes drills- i worked with my instructor and i wasnt catching his punches fastenough so he hit me n the face like 10 times-****ed up my lip a lil
          muy thai pads
          worked on some different combos
          did a little knife work

          Later that night
          i grappled with a frien for like 30 mins.
          I felt ****ing great

          aroung like midnight i did
          150 crunches
          80 lunges
          75 pushups
          75 leg raises
          40 mt. climbers
          15 chineese pushups
          75 inverted leg crunches

              and then did some freestyle stuff on the muy thai pads

                stick fighting stuff- i ****ed up one of my fingers, it hurts like a *****, just glad i can move it

                • im gonna take it easy tonight and then tommorow im gonna start hardcore intense badass training for two weeks and then for 1 week ill do much lighter work outs and concentrate on my techique then grapplers edge- i cant wait- I wanna test myself
