damn timmy , did'nt you read the case result? rusia's testimony matched the physical evidence.. paco got a history of attempted kidnapping that happened months before this incident...there were witnesses that were not even close to the victims unlike the 35 people who were pacos friends and teachers ..what more do you want?

are you kidding? those are court transcripts of the exact same court that I, Paco, and the WORLD are calling corrupt. Don't read bull**** transcripts, watch the case. Watch how the supposed impartial judge conducts himself. Watch how the one and only eye-witness at the scene of the so-called murder (even though there are no bodies) turned benedict arnold so that he could get his freedom while the rest of the seven rotted.

your courts are corrupt and you know this. you've got to read more than just court transcripts brother.

            what physical evidence?

            no bodies.

            no dna.

there is no way the kid could have made it to Cebu and back in the middle of the night and then back to school. do you know the level of conspiracy that they would have had to create to get to 35 witness and properly corroborate their stories, all within a matter of days?

and the larranga family is not rich. they were accused of bribing officials but no proof of this has been found. no officials have come forward.

this is a travesty. do not let the media dictate to you what is right.

all of those witnessed for Paco saw him at a bar/party into the wee hours. there are photos )and no they are not doctored) proving as much. they're time stamped.

There's the supreme court decision, Timmeh. Read it. They rendered a very reasonable decision. Alibi is a very weak defense when the witnesses are bas, they gave the definition of what being bias is. Also, there are witnesses of the prosecution who has no motives whatsoever to corroborate the presence of paco in cebu on the night of chiong sisters disappearance.

Btw, the family of paco on the mother side is one of the most influential if not the most influential in cebu.

That's right, timmeh. That court was presided by one of the greatest Filipinos of all time. IMO.
