You said you have a warranty for it. Just Inform them of the defect and have them correct it for free? Yes? If you bought it locally, you can wait right there for it, or if you bought it online, (which i would never do, I always need to play it first to see if I really like everything about it.) You can still opt to ship it back for repairs.

Worst case scenario; they give you a brand new replacement if it can't be fixed.
