Free-agent center Dwight Howard hopes to decide which team he will sign with by Friday, a source close to the talks told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

If not them, the Lakers.

If Dwight wanted to prove everyone wrong and step up, lead the Lakers to a title in the future, he'd stay there. I don't think he will though. I don't see him as that guy.

I don't see it. I really think him and Kobe just don't see eye to eye, and I think Dwight hates D'Antoni. God I wish LA would have brought Phil back.

People make it seem as if LA can't sign anyone next year if they re-sign Dwight this year, which isn't true though. They can still add 1-2 good players next summer to surround Dwight.

But I think it's Houston and no......I don't think he'll win there either.

I'm not even a Laker fan and I hate this guy. How do you basketball fans tolerate him?
My money says he's going to Houston though, did they trade Chandler Parsons? I know Brooks is gone. IMO their lineup would be great with Howard, depending on who the forwards are since Lin and Harden are guards
