what would you guys recommend me eating/doing in fight day with my scheduale being
7am waking up taking breakfast and going to school
10am eating something
12am eating something
1:30pm eating lunch
and at 9pm going to whereever the bout will be held
please i would really like to know what to eat to give me energy last time i fought i had no energy or motivation to get in the ring
