I made this list a while ago. Its based on both skills, resume and achievements. In other words, you got two fighters with equal skills, but one has a better resume or has won more titles than the other one-that fighter is ranked first. In other case, there is a fighter that has less titles but is better than the other that has more, then he is ranked first. Oh and btw, only guys born or raised in Australia count. And active fighters also count.
