If you're talking the last 2 events, Garcia should've been facing someone higher ranked but the undercard was good on paper, just bad luck with the Mansour injury, and it turned out the gap betwen Vasquez and Martinez was wider than expected. The week before, the Martin-Glazkov fight was good on paper just another bad bit of bad luck with how it ended. I read that the Wilder-Szpilka fight did low ratings, which is a shame because it was a good fight, more likely to attract fans than some of the crap in the past year or so that got good ratings and turned casual fans off the sport.
Overall though the PBC cards have had too many mismatches and pointless fights and it's taken too long for their best to fight one another. Thurman-Porter is great though, hopefully they continue the year in that way rather than too many A-level vs C-level fights.
