          thanks for the advice, ive tried this for a couple weeks now, yoga and boxing...and i must say, i can definitely feel an improvement in flexibility and composure/calmness during tense situations(in AND out of the ring/gym)

            I've been doing it for over a month now and it has definitely helped a few of my injuries (neck, shoulder, knee) heal. Its probably because it stretches and increases the ROM and gives some extra blood flow.. I've also noticed my back muscles are considerably less sore the next day when I do 30mins yoga after a harsh training session.
