Did Floyd "retire" in 2007 because he was shook by the 147 division heating up?

His coming decision win over Saul Alvarez will be tainted by Floyd's demanding the catchweight, after ridiculing Manny Pacquiao for fighting at catch weights.
Why did Floyd insist on a catch weight, why not just fight Canelo at 154?

He ducked Kostya Tszyu, whom he could have fought anytime between 2000 and 2004.
Floyd demanded smaller boxers like 135 JMM and 140 Hatton move up to fight him at 147 , but when Floyd was at 130/135 he was afraid of going up to 140 to fight Kostya.

When you can't criticize a fighter for losing, you criticize his opposition. When he beats everyone you think is better then you criticize him for not fighting them another time. Pathetic. Cotto was PROTECTED from Mayweather and said himself he wasn't looking for him until after Floyd came back and fought him. People act like Floyd is obligated to move up to every weight class and fight non-stop until every one is cleared out and stays cleared out. Why? Because they want to see him fight until he loses. And it's hilarious. You just can't stand this guy is the best. It musta been a tough couple decades for you losers. Tadow.
