      you can also add some cardio for the slim tone look as well

      but they're alright, i rather just use my hands and save a few bucks

        yea thats what he did. he blew up from 155 - 270 lbs within a year





        he stopped doing them completely. Hes down to 225 now LOL

            i bought the perfect push few months back..used it only twice or so..didnt do my shoulders good..i use normal push up bars much better.

                why not be a man and invest in some a barbell and free weights... pushups wont get you very strong. they are a good exercise but ultimately nearly useless by themselves, especially if you never add weight on your back. doing 500 pushups a day will surely do a little something. burn some calories and develop some sort of visible torso development, but once the novice effect wears off push ups won't do you much of anything. however weights are a totally different, and better ball game. IMO if you lift weights and you don't squat, you aren't working out.
