    He was an excellent fighter; beat the **** out of Saad on two occasions and only came up short against probably the best light-heavyweight of the last fifty years during that time.



    Fighting a short guy can be just as much a pain in the arse as fighting a really tall guy can be, especially when the short guy is so defensively sound, has such a good sense of distance (watch him jab the **** out of Mike Rossman from long range) and can cut the ring off so well.

          He was one of the best in the best era of the LHW's.

            His fight against Foreman is one of the funniest fights I've ever seen. He looks like a miniature Joe Frazier in there. Incredibly, he only weighed 13 lbs. less than Foreman did on that night.
