Why do religions ban sex

because sex leads to addiction..if not carefully watched.. which is a sin. Anything in excess is a sin. Who's to say that religious people aren't having good sex? I mean the married ones The reason they say about waiting till marriage, is because sex was meant to be between 2 people in a committed relationship, one where if a pregnancy came about the 2 would be able to handle it. Also the bible says that those who had sex, were automatically married (committed).

Addiction if not controlled.Do married people control it or is it ok for the married folk to be addicted?Also if you have sex with your girl and not get addicted would that be allowed in Christianity?
