Prostitution should be legalized or at least decriminalized. It's very similar to the war on drugs, where criminalizing it creates its biggest problems. We're not allowed to pay for sex, only if its on camera?

No, not Vegas. It's only legal in rural areas with brothels. Though I suspect, Vegas still has street hookers on the streets, illegally.
