Clottey can still make some noise not sure if hell ever regain a title but he can still give any of the current champs a tough fight. Id like to see the winner of Cotto-Margarito face Clottey that would be another rematch and would be in house for Bobby so it shouldnt be a problem. Clottey-Martirosyan would be nice also or Clottey-Mosley, Canelo, Angulo. So many good match ups possible and Clottey isnt a damaged fighter, he took a dive in the pac fight but he still knows whats up when it comes to fighting.

He's fighting Calvin Green on the JCC Jr./ Manfredo Jr bill.... he would have fought earlier but he injured himself by falling in a pothole while running or some ****. He'll be at 154.
Also if you're referring to Pacquiao retiring Mosley... he's not done yet
