When I am just chilling I sometimes just type one handed. When I want to type like a normal person I use both hands but not that ***** home row ****, I keep my hands all over the keyboard but always type correctly and quickly. Years of experience at anything and you will be a complete pro. Haven't had to look at a keyboard while I type in probably 15 years(when I started learning at 10 years old).

I can type without looking at the keyboard at times. The first time I tried it I didn't know how good I was at it. I guess I underrated my own memory at knowing where the letters are at.
