Okay I have recently started boxing and have been using the heavy bag. In my first week I sprained my left hand while jabbing. My trainer then moved me on to my right hand and I could feel a little pain, so I practiced on how I should hit the bag with no pain. After a while I got the hang of it, I was hitting hard and fast with no pain. I have noticed that my normal straight fist alignment is not ideal with gloves on, so my question is how should I practice punching that is ideal when using a glove?
