      Tbh I like the odd takeaway but i'm trying to cut them and eat as clean as possible . I think diets defintley the hardest part of training . Eating clean is a hard habit to adapt to . I would say through experience it's just as hard as quiting smoking and I managed to stop 7 yrs ago , I'm cool . my bodyfat is low enough but if I had my diet right and ate clean I could be yoked already .
