              Update on my First training session. It was bloody hard man. Learning the footwrok took awhile. The numbers of squats and sit up I done was more than I did in my whole life. The trainer showed me how to throw a jab. My right hand need more practice and footwork. The speed ball is hard to master.

              Overall : awesome

                  Good work mate, those situps will become nothing in no time, then you shall meet the beast of training... burpees.

                  Practise what the trainer taught you and you will be on your way in no time

                      That's a moot point, you are comparing apples and oranges.

                      If boxers did in fact fight 25 fights a year the injury rate would most likely be comparable IMO.
