Calling Gonazlez's opponent a 'contender' is flat out dishonest. Dude has almost as many losses as wins and recently fought someone who was 0-2.

I guess this is the part where boxing fans will say Jhonny Gonzalez is back on the map and can destroy Vasyl Lomachenko and Nicholas Walters?

Jhonny has insane power, but lets his chin hang out there for too long and gets caught. Makes for exciting fights, and could hang on several more years fighting lesser competition. Just no elites in a major title fight.

I was just about to say this lol

Gonzalez hasn't been relevant in years and if it wasnt for the Mares fluke, we wouldn't be talking about him now.

At this point Cuellar v Gonzalez would be fun while it lasted
