well they dont tell you that mars temp has increased at the same rate as ours. also new studies show that jupiters temp has been steadily rising for the last decade. the global warming misinformation campaipn has been strong.

The bolded is completely correct. Which is why people are still making erroneous claims like "mars temperature has been increasing at the same rate as ours" or "jupiter's temp has been steadily rising for the last decade".

I don't know the capital of Washington state. But there again I don't really give a shit. Only yanks bother with rote learning of state capitols (sic). I can tell you when the Battle of Hastings was, the Great Plague was and the Great Fire of London which is a lot more interesting.

Knowing the stories of those event is in fact interesting, knowing the date they happened may even be less useful than knowing state capitals.
