First video, JMM demonstrates how he wraps his hands for training. He also talks about using 16oz gloves for sparring, but as the fight nears, he uses lighter gloves for sparring.
Second video, Marquez demonstrates his punching combinations on the pads. Some really good stuff.
Third video, Marquez moving around and throwing combinations on the heavy bag. I wish the camera man had focused more on Juan's feet. Then he moved on to the double end bag. Next he briefly talks about the speed bag.
Fourth video, Marquez talking about his past fights, while footage of him training is being shown. Next they talk about about Manny Pacquioa. All good stuff, I wish I knew Spanish.
