MaxFighting.com has learned that the Ultimate Fighting Championship is set to announce on tonight's pay-per-view from Miami that it has struck a deal with the Sunshine Network, a cable sports channel reaching 5.9 million homes throughout the state of Florida and via satellite access across the United States, to air a weekly series that will feature previously shown UFC fights.
Starting Thursday, May 1, the first of 20 shows will air at 7:00 p.m. EST. The Sunshine Network is the broadcasting partner for the NBA's Miami Heat and Orlando Magic, as well as the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning.
