the point is if its for his title, than the limit should be 147.... if he decides to weigh in at 145, thats his business....... but for them to cap off the limit and make him defend his title is just bull****...

I understand where you are comnig from, however imo catch weights and even weigh ins day before mean **** these days. The boxers rehydrate over night so really who will have an advantage weight wise fight night, Cotto or Pacquiao?
