    I have a girls who cant participe with jogging or running because she has a bad knee, but she is an excellent boxer; however, we need to find way to get her some cardio training without impacting her knee. Anyone have any ideas?!?!?

    Cycling, swimming and rowing are all adequate replacements. The goal of cardio is to get your heart pumping; all of these achieve this.

      Punch out drills on the heavy bag. Full rounds of punching without stopping until round is over.

        Roadwork isn't the only form of cardio there is. Swimming is great since its low impact.

          eliptical machine. all commercial fitness gyms have em..a (almost)perfect substitute for running/treadmill.

            Cycling, swimming and walking are the good replacements.Because through this knees would hurt and she'll able to do more comfortablly.

              I vote swimming. Juan "Baby Bull" Diaz used to exclusively do swimming and we all know of his relentless attacks.
