What is your favorit ancient culture ?

like jim morrison i've always been fascinated with ancient native american culture...also, to poke the smokin hot native american girls

i was going to go with native americans but i don't think of them as an ancient culture, but their "ancient" traditions are just fascinating.

What is your favorit ancient culture to learn about and where would you like to have been ? For me It has to be a tie between Rome and Egypt I would never want to have lived in Egypt but if I had a time machine Rome would be one of the first places i'd go .

Ancient Egypt, Greece, Mesopotamia (SP), China, Japan, Atlantis (yeah, I think it existed), or with the Oglala Lakota....although the Hopi and Cherokee also offer fascinating options....Aztecs and Mayans.

Mind you, as far as "living" in any of these cultures is concerned, I would prefer the Lakota. They were not as "technilogically advanced"; but they had a sense of community and family....and, to my knowledge, no human sacrifices.
