You're driving at a certain speed and just a few blocks ahead a car is slowly trying to pull out, They aren't sure if they have enough time to pull out ahead of us or just wait because there's no one else behind us which is the safer/smarter idea. As you approach they pull out anyway with their tires screeching and fishtailing back into the correct lane! SCCRRRRRRR!!!! BMP BMP.

Not only do you have to break heavy to prevent sure collision, you also have to sit behind these idiots who rushed into the intersection but immediately slow down once doing so.
