Trainer Robert Garcia likes Marcos Maidana's chances to derail undefeated WBA welterweight champion Adrien Broner (27-0, 24KOs). Maidana (34-3, 31KOs) is potentially going to face Broner on November 9th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Maidana, one of the hardest punchers in boxing, has been at welterweight for his last four fights. Broner moved up by two divisions, from 135 to 147, in June when he displayed some struggles in winning a twelve round split decision over Paulie Maliganggi to win the WBA belt.
