There was loads of security I'm sure. But that doesn't mean they have an eye on all 50K people at night. You would be surprised how quick some can pull a pistol and fire it accuratley. There was nothing stopping me from carrying a weapon. The fact that I could've carried a weapon easily into the event means I am threat to him. It may be more likely that they kill me, but there is still a chance.
