I got rid of all of those permanently apart from White bread and I grill my bacon. Also I never have smoked or drank and recently cut out recreational drugs (caffeine, tobacco) or alcohol and for obvious reasons I don't do drugs. I'm not sure if it effected my energy levels for training. I didn't do it to cut weight, I did it for discipline. But to be honest I wouldent do it if you enjoy food because it has ruined food for me.

I once decided to rid that type of food completely out of my diet. Lets just say my performance dropped, I didn't feel as healthy and I became a right moody sod.
A few treats are not a bad thing in my mind at all. Just dont overdo it on the junk food and train hard to compensate for the odd treat.
