Only have one a Wells Fargo Visa with a 5,000 limit I think.

That's a lot of credit card man closing them can actually hurt your credit score.

I'm well aware of that.

I'm only going to use Bank of America and Discover, since Chase denied me of a raise I'm closing them in 2 months after i pay them what i owe.

My credit will take a huge hit but it'll come back strong again.

It's currently at 741.

Trust me on this..If you want to be smart and well off..BUY EVERYTHING
CASH...car,vacations..even a home if you can...EVERYTHING CASH...
If you don't have the cash for something DON'T BUY IT.

I just have one. I pay it off in full every month, and I have no debt.

No idea why people need multiple cards, unless the one they have just isnt giving them a high enough limit. Even so, there is a reason why your limit is low.
