Same shoulder roll, same philly shell. Not that big of a difference. In fact, Maidana took a bigger risk at this point than Floyd did at that age. Maidana exposed the blueprint on how to beat it and abuse it violently. Fighters need to throw 4-5 punch combinations in order to land, the system is only designed for 2-3 punch combinations and then it resets.
Mayweather is next and that is why he keeps avoiding Pacquiao.

Of course.
Broner is a decent fighter, that's it. Mayweather at that age was phenomonal, he had everything.

And I don't really remember the odds, but I remember a lot of people thought Floyd was biting off more than he can chew when he fought Genaro Hernandez...

How is fighting Maidana by 24 years old better than having wins over Genaro Hernandez(Then 130 Lineal champion), and undefeated Diego Corrales(Top 5 P4P at time of fight) at 23 years old?
So in your opinion, Maidana>Hernandez, Corrales?
Please don't give me that WW stuff. Broner is a legit WW, 156lbs on fight night, Floyd was weighing in at 133-134 in his fights at SFW, and merely 147 on fight night at WW. So the "Broner was at WW by 24" argument gets evened out by the fact that Broner IS a legit WW. Broner at 24 years old is even bigger than current WW Floyd who sometimes campaigns at JMW.
